The Benefits of our Ongoing Servicing Agreement
The Ongoing Service Agreement is for those who want to know that they have a Financial Adviser that has a current file on their financial affairs. We update your client file with valuations as we receive them on your various investments as well as any information that you provide. This means that when you require our advice we can react immediately without having to spend significant time updating our files. However, although you receive an annual report, there is no active management in place.
Our experience is that clients who procrastinate over their investments and do not make necessary changes as and when required, lose their money. Where investments are regularly reviewed our clients often find that their funds make far greater headway, than they would if they were left alone over the term.
The benefits to you are:
· One review meeting with a Certified Financial Planner, reviewing the selected policies as listed under this Agreement: We will contact you to arrange your regular review meeting. This meeting ensures that your plans are on target to meet your future requirements and work towards avoiding potential shortfalls in your future financial planning. This also allows us to review any changes in your circumstances, your risk profile and the performance of your plans.
· Investment and Financial Planning Report: During our review meeting, we will collate a financial planning report that will detail your objectives, your investment risk levels and any observations or recommendation of a further review.
· Performance Analysis against benchmark at Financial Review: During our annual review meeting we will review all of the funds held within the investments that are managed under the Servicing Agreement. We will look at their performance over the past 12 months and consider whether the chosen funds remain suitable and still have potential for future performance.
· Annual valuation statements: During your annual review meeting we will provide you with up to date valuations of the policies managed under the Servicing Agreement, for discussion.
· Telephone support & e-mails from your Adviser: You are able to contact your Financial Adviser throughout the year to discuss any queries that you have regarding your existing policies that are listed under the Servicing Agreement.
· Switches: Where internal fund switching is recommended for clients, on policies listed under the servicing agreement, we make no additional charge.
We provide this service based on an Agreement, which provides us both with the peace of mind of knowing what this agreement covers and what the terms applicable to both parties are.
